Under the original motto of “Your country needs you“, channel TVE has begun the search of new talents or of singers who want to take part in the next festival of Eurovision that will be celebrated next May of 2010 in Oslo.
At the moment the chain has already thrown across his web the bases for all those that want to take part in the candidates' selection and it is necessary to say that in the first instance it does not seem that the candidacy that Karmele Marchante presents is not that it is not feasible since it is a process opened enough for the one that basically can present everything to himself that one that has an original song.
After the jump I leave the rules to you to be able to take part in the process of selection of Eurovision 2010:
* The song must be an original, and unpublished, that is to say that it has not commercialized and/or interpreted publicly, not neither hung on Youtube, MySpace or any other Internet page, until October 1, 2009.
* The artists it must possess the rights of intellectual and industrial property of the song, of his stage name, etc
* The song must have a maximum duration of THREE minutes
* The maximum number of persons who interpret the song (between singers, musicians, choirs and ballet dancers) belongs to SIX persons
* The interpreters must have complete 16 years to the date of the first Semifinal, (that have been born before May, 1994).
* The letter must neither be difficult or disrespectful nor to have ideological messages
* The participants must credit the residence in Spain for at least two years
* The singer / group authorizes RTVE, with exclusivity character, to use his song and the presentation video. This exclusivity will be supported during the whole selection period and for 90 additional days to the conclusion of the same one. RTVE will be able to express the same ones in any program, promo or in the RTVE web, as well as in his services of mobiles, of finished or by installments form, separately or of grouped form.
* The participants will have to be exclusive holders and show, without limitation or any condition, with faculty of exclusive transfer to third, the totality of the rights of development on the presented song, promising to transfer the same ones of S.A turning out to be elected, in accordance with the scope and conditions needed by UER and channel TVE.
* The participants will have to be exclusive holders and show, with faculty of exclusive transfer to third, without limitation or any condition, the totality of the rights on his stage name, mark that designates them or distinctive elements of his artistic image, as well as capacity of full and unconditional performance referred to the current development and future of his artistic activities, for the purpose of expiring with the requisites marked by EUR and channel TVE, S.A. of his song to turn out to be chosen.
* The organization of the selection of the applicants to represent Spain in the Festival of Eurovision 2010 reserves the right to expel of the contest to any singer or group that does not expire with the legal bases in any moment of the process.
* In observance of the law 15/1999, of December 13, of Protection of Information of Personal Character, RTVE communicates to the participants that the facilitated ones as a result of his participation in this contest and that have the consideration of information of personal character, will be included in a file of personal information, unless in the concrete paragraph another thing is specified. The above mentioned file expires with all the legal requisites.
The users give his assent to which the facilitated information of personal character is communicated to the collaborating entities of RTVE that should turn out to be necessary like development of the process of selection, or the later activities consequence of the same one in case of his song turns out to be elected.
The participant will be able to exercise the rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation of the personal information according to the arranged in the Organic Law of Protection of Information of Personal Character (15/1999), directing a writing, enclosing copy of his ID card or Passport, to RTVE.
